My wife and I were fortunate enough to have January Moon take some portraits of us and we were very pleased with the results. Although Barry did not take photos of our kids and dogs, I noticed from his samples that Barry does an super good job with them, too. You won't be disappointed.

Stunning Natural Portraits Made Easy

January Moon Photography has a style of taking photographs like no other studio. Barry Anbinder knew exactly what to say to help us relax so he could get some stunning, natural shots. I believe that most people don't like their portraits because they don't turn out looking like them; but because of the great talent behind the camera, our January Moon portraits truly look like us!

My kids had a blast!

Barry and Adrienne's sense of fun and love of children really came through in our photo session. They were both very patient with my two rambunctious children. Their dog was a big hit also and kept the children happy. His photo studio is very comfortable and his equipment is top notch, making it very easy to see the results of the photo session as he works. Barry really captured the beauty and personality of my children.

Warm and Welcoming Photography

January Moon put the Family back in Family Pictures. We had a wonderful time playing and smiling and trying to be serious for the camera. Laughs and smiles came easy and lots of them. Their professionalism showed at every turn. Easy to schedule, calm while taking pictures with everyone looking on, and the follow through is impeccable. We took the pictures one day and it felt like the next we could look at them on-line. All the pictures were wonderful making the selection process a little difficult; but great. I want one of everything and several of many. We highly recommend January Moon Photography and have already told friends.

I absolutely despise photo sessions where one is instructed to look this way, tilt their head that way and smile into the camera. The results of these photos are often stiff, unemotional and contrived. At January Moon Photography you are interviewed before going into the photo session. The interview consists of questions that make you feel relaxed and confident in the photo process. The results of these photographs are energetic, positive and fun.
