Great price and service
The map link is wrong..this place is in a little dinky gas station plaza just south of 285 on Chamblee Dunwoody rd. I shopped quite a few places, and this place was the best price but also great service, from the sales guy who came out to my house and was super professional but also very friendly and low pressure...to the installers who were also jovial and friendly but also hardworking and did the job right. I was very pleased, and plan to get them to do the other flooring in my house...they do tile, wood, and other flooring besides carpet.
Pros:
Professional but friendly, best price in town.
Cons:
Hours make it hard to visit showroom. Close at 4 every day and not open Sunday. (But in a way, I r

Good Job, flexible!
I have been very happy with their work...we had a few bumps in the road at the beginning, with them leaving some spots undusted, but I put in my comments with the owner, and she made sure it was done next time. Since then, they do a great job every time.
Pros:
Most affordable service I've found. Very flexible if I want to change or make appointments.
Cons:
Their website says they'll come back to "make it right" if there is anything wrong....but they didn'

Love this place
This is a great tavern....very nice interior...lush wood but not stuffy at all. The menu is good, just a half step up from pub food. Great burgers and sandwiches....vegetarians will be happy with turkey burgers and veggie burgers. Good selection of draft beers, and the wait staff is friendly and efficient (lately). I just love rolling into the doors of this place. In summer, it's cool and dark...in winter, it's warm and cheery, with a fire in the fireplace. Plus I love supporting small local businesses.
Pros:
Good pub food, good service, reasonable prices,
Cons:
mmmm....can't think of any.

GOod food, but....
I liked the atmosphere and the food here a lot. But the signature drink, a mojito, was disappointing. Maybe I'm not used to the authentic thing, but the mojito I had there was very watery and didn't seem to have any alcohol in it at all. Tasted like mint water, to tell the truth. Not a bad flavor, but not what I wanted in a mojito.
The food, on the other hand, was very good. I had a salad with chicken breast, and it was very nice.
My other small complaint was that I wanted to use a coupon that they had published in beanpool. I thought maybe they would let me have the discount even with out the paper. The waiter said he would ask, but he either never did or the owners said no. Hmmmph! I thought they'd want to make first visitors very happy to have come. Oh well.
Pros:
Good food. Nice atmosphere. Downtown Norcross location is so nice.
Cons:
Mojito was bland.

Support this owner operated small business....it's a WIN WIN!
I started going to this place about a year ago because I'd read good reviews on beanpool. But the owner had changed, so I was worried about it. HOwever, the new owner, Les Kim, is really wonderful. He does any job, big or small, efficiently and levels with you about the details. He also always answers the phone personally...don't know how he does that. (I even called after hours one day to leave a message and he answered the phone from his home!)
He always has my car ready when he said it would be, and the prices are very low. For example, he just recharged my AC. I got two other quotes from places, and they were both going to be upwards of 150. Les did it for 90, and called me when it was finished, right on time.
The "curb appeal" of this place is not great.. it almost looks like it's closed down from the outside, and the waiting room is really dingy and cluttered. I used to go to a place that was the opposite....flat screen TV, fancy waiting room, slick monogrammed polo shirts on well groomed clerks. But guess who was paying for all that luxury? I'll happily go to Atlanta Auto SUV, and keep my money. It's a diamond in the rough.
I like supporting this owner-operated small business.
Pros:
Great service, prices, communication. Owner operated small business.
Cons:
LOOKS like it's not too ship shape. But it IS!

YUM! Great Produce, Prices, Pastries, and Restaurants
This place is wonderful...vast selection of fresh produce at good prices, fresh fish, and all sorts of asian foods if you are into that. Around the inside perimeter are also some wonderful little independent shops that make a sort of "food court," asian style. One is a bakery with amazing cream filled buns, jam bread, and so on. You can get wonderful sushi, big bowls of steaming noodles, ramen, udon, and all sorts of other wonderful stuff, for about 5-8 dollars a meal. Yum! Just hang around till you see someone go by with something good and then say, "I want what he's having."
Great place to try some new foods on the cheap and stock up on produce while you are there.
There is anotehr H mart now open on 141 north of State Bridge...I think it's at Abbotts Bridge. That one is great, too.

Great Language Instruction
Not a lot of bells and whistles when it comes to the facility, but the teachers at this place are amazing and the owner, Sandra, is completely dedicated to making the students' experience a worthwhile one....that is, they learn the language!
Pros:
Very good teachers and classes

Great Community Theatre
I've seen three shows at the LIonheart, and they were all quite good. They really seem to tap into resources and get good shows. There seems to be a real community feeling about it...the kids shows served dessert after the show free of charge to patrons. It's also so nice that it is steps away from the Norcross Tavern and all of downtown...great to head there for a stroll or a drink after the show! I hope this locally grown theatre can "make it" in its new location, a great old church next to Lillian Webb ball park.

better than it used to be
I have bone to BHFM for years, and it sort of bugs me that they didn't make any improvements to the store (replacing their old fleet of broken down carts, improving cleanliness, etc.) until other Farmers' Markets (namely, Super H Mart) started eating in on their business. Still, it IS cleaner and nicer than it used to be. Great fish, even if you do have to wait in line, and great produce and usually good prices on both. Great people watching too! Where else in Atlanta can you shop for produce while listening to Mexican Muzac? Heard a great Spanish language cover of an old Pretenders song there. Cool!

Great Food, service, atmosphere
Mmmmah! (That's the sound of me kissing my pinched fingers and pulling them away from my face!!) I love this place. Not your typical run of the mill Atlanta Mexican food! Portions are smaller than some restaurants...but the food is great and it's just enough to make you filled up with out giving you the old "Mexican food belly ache" when you eat too much...come on, YOU know what I'm talking about! Great atmosphere and decor! Personalized service! Attractive bar! I have not sampled the margaritas but plan to soon!
Pros:
Food, atmosphere, decor, portion size.
Cons:
Um....can't think of any!
