OFFICIAL RULES

One winner of the Promotion shall receive the following gift certificates: a) dinner at the Kani House ($100); b) Mario’s Hair Designers ($100); and c) a one hour hot stone massage from Karen Parker Lisk ($110). Total estimated retail value of all prizes: $310.

Entry Procedure: To qualify for a chance to win the Promotion, you must: a) write a legitimate and complete review of one (1) merchant listed in www.BeanPool.com by completing the “Rate and Review” form under “Write a Review” for the merchant; and b) fully comply with the terms & conditions of the Promotion & Official Rules. The Promotion begins the day this BeanPool periodical Recommended Local Business Directory is officially mailed/received June 1, 2007 and ends the last business day of the two month term set forth on the cover of this periodical July 31, 2007 at 5:00 PM EST (Promotion Term).

ABBREVIATED RULES
